This morning, as I thank my Heavenly Father for allowing me to see another day, I pray for those families who have lost loved ones due to violence. It is difficult to describe the pain a mother or father feels, the pain a sibling, husband or wife feels when someone is taken from them in such a way. No goodbyes, no preparation! Just a knock on the door, a phone call from a stranger saying your loved one is gone – never returning home again.
Remember to love and embrace your family and friends daily. We never know from day-to-day; from night-to-night if that would be the last time we see them alive. Life is a blessing, don’t waste it on bitter arguments, meaningless disagreements, and pity differences. Don’t go to bed angry with one another. As long as there is breath, as long as there is life – there is hope.
Whatever it is you are going through, whatever it is you are facing, this to will pass! Jesus will help you navigate through this storm. God is faithful!
